Who is West Valley Water?

West Valley Water Association (originally organized in 1997 as WESTCAPS) is a collaboration of West Valley municipal and private water providers, along with interested water agencies, working together to develop regional solutions to plan for the future of water in the West Valley.
Our transition to West Valley Water in 2017 provided an opportunity to expand our membership and be more inclusive, to be able to focus on regional issues and regional solutions.
